E-mail Address: NAME@DOMAIN.com
User Name: NAME@DOMAIN.com
Password: PASS

1. In Windows Mail, select Tools / E-mail Accounts.
2. Click the Add a new e-mail account button.
3. Click the Next button.
4. POP3 server, click the POP3 button.
5. Click the Next button.
6. In the Internet E-mail Settings window, enter the following information:
E-mail Address - YOUR FULL EMAIL ADDRESS FROM ABOVE
User Name - YOUR FULL EMAIL ADDRESS FROM ABOVE IS YOUR USERNAME
Password - YOUR PASSWORD FROM ABOVE
Server Information Section
POP3 server name - pop.emailsrvr.com
Outgoing mail server - smtp.emailsrvr.com
7. Click the More Settings button.
8. Click the Outgoing Server tab.
9. Check the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication box.
10. Click the Use same settings as my incoming mail server button.
11. Click the Advanced tab.
12. In the Outgoing Server (SMTP) box, replace the default outgoing port number 25 with the alternate port 587.
13. Click the OK button.
14. Click the Next button.
15. Click the Finish button.

note: If you plan to use email from your desktop on Webmail we suggest to set your desktop mail client to leave email on the server for 2 weeks to one month.
