Handling SPAM

Viagra emails are classic Spam and most email addresses with any history receive dozens or more a day. To cut some of it down you can do the following turn on SPAM filtering via the webmail interface:
http://webmail.bottmanbros.com
go to 'settings' - top right corner
under 'spam settings'
make sure the 'spam filter' is turned on
have it delete or move to spam folder

This should cut out the majority or spam, but it is an ongoing war. If you want to create your own filters to help weed out spam, this can be done under 'setting' => 'incoming email'. The last tab in this window is 'filtering'.

Additionally, do NOT unsubscribe or follow any links in these emails. This will only verify your address as an active email account and thus target you with more emai
