Email Setup
All email accounts we manage, regardless of the domain name, will use the following settings.
To use a secure connection, use the settings marked "SSL."
BBros suggest that our clients use POP servers incoming with SMTP servers outgoing so as to allow mail to be left on the server for a period of time and is then accessible via webmail as well.
Server Type Server Name Port
POP3 pop.emailsrvr.com 110
IMAP imap.emailsrvr.com 143
SMTP smtp.emailsrvr.com 25, 587, 8025, and 2525
POP3 with SSL secure.emailsrvr.com 995
IMAP with SSL secure.emailsrvr.com 993
SMTP with SSL secure.emailsrvr.com 25, 465, 587, 8025, and 2525
If you would like step-by-step instructions on how to set up your email client, please visit the Email Software and Wireless Device support pages.
Outgoing servers require SMTP authentication. Microsoft Outlook users will need to manually enable this feature.
Please note: When entering your User Name, please enter your entire email address (e.g., myname@mydomain.com) and use all lowercase letters.

note: Passwords, SPAM and other settings can be changed at the Webmail address.
note: If you plan to use email from your desktop on Webmail we suggest to set your desktop mail client to leave email on the server for 2 weeks to one month.
